Northstar Gold Corp has initiated borehole electromagnetic and surface electromagnetic surveys at the Cam Copper Mine area within its Miller Copper-Gold Property in Ontario. The company is conducting Crone Pulse-EM surveys across a 900-metre strike length to delineate potential extensions of the Cam Copper VMS horizon and identify conductors that could indicate thicker accumulations of copper-rich massive sulfides. The Cam Copper Mine represents a historically significant site characterized as a road-accessible shaft mine and a small-scale past producer of high-grade direct shipping copper ore. The utilization of Pulse-EM technology, which played a pivotal role in several past discoveries including Hudbay Minerals' Lalor VMS deposit discovery in Manitoba in 2003, underscores Northstar Gold Corp's strategic approach to exploration. In addition to surface surveys, the company will conduct borehole electromagnetic surveys on the four Cam Copper diamond drill holes completed earlier this year.
